The 10-Step Policy Model for Biopharma Success is a comprehensive framework designed to help biopharmaceutical companies navigate and succeed within the complex healthcare policy landscape. While rooted in biopharma, many of the principles can also be adapted for use by patient organisations, healthcare professional societies, trade associations and other healthcare stakeholders. I have also adapted the framework into a digital tool, the Health Policy Strategist, available on ChatGPT, helping teams think through policy, access and advocacy challenges in a more accessible and structured way.
